On Wednesday, March 19, former Walnut Hills High School standout Lawson Bergeron’s current college team, the Centre Colonels, won 11-8 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Spalding Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Gary Wright Field at Fishman Park. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Colonels’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 1 p.m. at Hermance Stadium against Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels.
