Miami Township home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Miami Township rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $222,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Miami Township in March 2018.
