Cincinnati home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Cincinnati fell by $14,250 while total sales decreased by 20.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 226 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,250 - a 12.9% decrease over the $110,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 285 homes sold in Cincinnati in February 2018.
