Miami Township home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Miami Township fell by $83,000 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 38.1% decrease over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Miami Township in January 2018.
