Cincinnati home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $5,120 while total sales increased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 413 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $119,880 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 368 homes sold in Cincinnati in August 2017.
