Cincinnati home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Cincinnati fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 443 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 7.1% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 336 homes sold in Cincinnati in July 2017.
