Miami Township home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Miami Township rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 15.2% increase over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Miami Township in July 2017.
