Cincinnati home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $22,750 while total sales increased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 402 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,500 - a 19.5% increase over the $116,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 324 homes sold in Cincinnati in April 2017.
