Miami Township home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Miami Township rose by $44,950 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,450 - a 25.8% increase over the $174,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Miami Township in April 2017.
