Miami Township home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Miami Township rose by $119,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 116.6% increase over the $102,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Miami Township in March 2017.
