Covedale home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Covedale fell by $41,700 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,000 - a 36.4% decrease over the $114,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Covedale in February 2017.
