Cincinnati home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $20,600 while total sales increased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 285 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,500 - a 22.9% increase over the $89,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 243 homes sold in Cincinnati in February 2017.
