Miami Township home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Miami Township rose by $107,950 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,950 - a 72.9% increase over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Miami Township in February 2017.
