Miami Township home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Miami Township fell by $80,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,000 - a 26.8% decrease over the $298,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Miami Township in January 2017.
