Cincinnati home prices unchanged in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Cincinnati was unchanged while total sales increased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 255 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000. There were 250 homes sold in Cincinnati in November 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $105,000.
