Miami Township home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Miami Township fell by $84,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 48.3% decrease over the $174,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Miami Township in December 2016.
