Miami Township home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Miami Township fell by $61,800 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,200 - a 23.8% decrease over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Miami Township in November 2016.
