Montgomery home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Montgomery fell by $236,250 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,750 - a 38.7% decrease over the $610,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Montgomery in November 2016.
