Montgomery home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Montgomery fell by $83,750 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 21.8% decrease over the $383,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Montgomery in September 2016.
