Miami Township home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Miami Township fell by $27,663 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,250 - a 10.3% decrease over the $267,913 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Miami Township in October 2016.
