Cincinnati home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Cincinnati rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 307 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,500 - a 14.1% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 293 homes sold in Cincinnati in September 2016.
