Miami Township home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Miami Township fell by $7,900 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $224,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Miami Township in August 2016.
