Miami Township home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Miami Township fell by $72,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 31.2% decrease over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Miami Township in September 2016, as well.
