Cincinnati home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Cincinnati rose by $15,100 while total sales decreased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 336 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $124,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 349 homes sold in Cincinnati in July 2016.
