Montgomery home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Montgomery rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $393,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Montgomery in July 2016.
