Miami Township home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Miami Township fell by $14,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Miami Township in July 2016.
