Montgomery home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Montgomery rose by $70,250 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $359,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Montgomery in May 2016.
