Covedale home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Covedale rose by $16,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 16.8% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Covedale in April 2016, as well.
