Cincinnati home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Cincinnati fell by $5,250 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 308 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,250 - a 5.2% decrease over the $101,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 303 homes sold in Cincinnati in March 2016.
