Montgomery home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Montgomery fell by $44,250 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 11.8% decrease over the $374,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Montgomery in April 2016.
