Miami Township home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Miami Township rose by $59,500 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,500 - a 51.7% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Miami Township in April 2016.
