Cincinnati home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Cincinnati rose by $48,800 while total sales increased by 8000%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 243 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,900 - a 118.7% increase over the $41,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cincinnati in February 2016.
