Miami Township home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Miami Township rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 34.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Miami Township in the fourth quarter of 2017.
