Cincinnati home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 910 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,500 - a 14.8% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 847 homes sold in Cincinnati in the fourth quarter of 2017.
