Cincinnati home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Cincinnati rose by $250 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 830 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,250 - a 0.2% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 901 homes sold in Cincinnati in the first quarter of 2018.
