Delhi Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Delhi Township rose by $14,300 while total sales increased by 22.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,000 - a 13% increase over the $109,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Delhi Township in the second quarter of 2017.
