Miami Township home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Miami Township rose by $1,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 23 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $208,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Miami Township in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
