Miami Township home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Miami Township fell by $22,950 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 10.2% decrease over the $224,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Miami Township in the third quarter of 2016.
