Cincinnati home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Cincinnati fell by $2,000 while total sales increased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 1,220 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 1.6% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,124 homes sold in Cincinnati in the second quarter of 2016.
