Cincinnati home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Cincinnati rose by $6,250 while total sales increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 1,011 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $121,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 976 homes sold in Cincinnati in the third quarter of 2016.
