Delhi Township home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Delhi Township fell by $7,300 while total sales decreased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,700 - a 6.2% decrease over the $117,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Delhi Township in the second quarter of 2016.
