Miami Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Miami Township rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 31.3% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Miami Township in the first quarter of 2016.
