Delhi Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Delhi Township rose by $26,000 while total sales increased by 96.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 26.3% increase over the $99,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Delhi Township in the first quarter of 2016.
