Miami Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Miami Township rose by $56,150 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,000 - a 37% increase over the $151,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Miami Township in the second quarter of 2016.
