Golf Manor home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Golf Manor rose by $15,250 while total sales increased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,750 - a 19.7% increase over the $77,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Golf Manor in the second half of 2017.
