Cincinnati home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $6,050 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 2,148 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $118,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,858 homes sold in Cincinnati in the second half of 2017.
