Sycamore Township home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Sycamore Township rose by $42,000 while total sales increased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 33.5% increase over the $125,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the second half of 2017.
