Golf Manor home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Golf Manor rose by $31,200 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,200 - a 43.9% increase over the $71,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Golf Manor in the first half of 2017.
