Harrison home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Harrison rose by $5,250 while total sales increased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,250 - a 3.7% increase over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Harrison in the first half of 2017.
