Miami Township home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Miami Township fell by $4,950 while total sales increased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $197,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Miami Township in the first half of 2017.
